The owners, Heather Chase (a gardener and clinical herbalist) and Russ Van Deursen (permaculture designer and gardener) take their sourcing seriously. Their produce is sourced from their own permaculture farm and other local organic farmers whenever available. When unavailable locally, they source only 100% organic produce, beans, grains, and seeds. They use local, organic eggs, bake their own organic bread, and purchase their meats and cheeses as regionally as possible and always naturally and humanely raised.
We are excited to present a menu inspired by the vegetables, berries, and herbs from our own permaculture farm, Mountain Flower Farm in Intervale, NH (est. 2008). Our menu changes frequently, in rhythm with the changing harvests, and you will find only quality ingredients accompanying that harvest on your plate.
Table + Tonic brings their herb garden to the bar with their Farm to Bar cocktails. They’re concocting their own herb, fruit, and nut-infused shrubs, cordials, liqueurs, bitters, and homemade syrups, many with herbs and berries from their own farm, Mountain Flower Farm in Intervale, NH. Along with some traditional bar favorites, expect to enjoy fun creations like Kombucha cocktails, sparkling cups, and a mocktail menu for those who prefer a sophisticated beverage without alcohol.
