So today was my 1st visit to The Local Grocer and I loved the place. Fresh local food along with a huge selection of organic groceries.
The cafe experience was just as wonderful! All I can say is if you are vegan or into clean eating, just go!
Along with all of that is a retail area of local artisans ware and a yoga studio [downstairs]. The energy was amazing. I met the owner and I can see why this business is so very successful.

We were looking for a place to have lunch when we spotted The Local Grocer. We noticed that it also had a restaurant and yoga studio attached to it. We decided to give it a try and we were very happy we did. The lunch was delicious and filling but not greasy. This is a place for people who want to eat healthy. We also went into the grocery store which was stocked with anything a vegan or anybody would want. The server was friendly and quick to both take our order and bring our order to our table.
