We are thrilled to team up with Chef Richard B. Schmitt, who is excited for the challenge of responding to the seasonality of the weekly harvests from our own gardens to create fresh, ever-changing menu items to please the most discerning palate. Richard has acted as Executive Chef at many renowned restaurants in California, Hawaii, and internationally. He is best known locally for his time as Executive Chef at The Inn at Thorn Hill and as co-owner/chef of DoToNOCo at McKaella’s Sweet Shop, and 18degreesC. Richard’s skills in international cooking techniques lend themselves naturally to the health conscious, fine cuisine to which we aspire at Table + Tonic. We know you’ll fall in love with Richard’s fresh take on creative food.
