We have a big ethical beef with factory raised meats so you will not find CAFO (confined area feedlot) meat on our menu. You can be assured that all proteins are responsibly sourced. We serve grass-fed beef, pasture-raised, and all-natural meats – no antibiotics or hormones – always humanely raised and sourced as regionally as possible.
