We respect the diverse dietary needs and choices of our guests, and strive to reflect that in our menu. You will find plant-based, gluten free, dairy free, and paleo dishes on our menu. Due to the whole food nature of our plates, the majority are naturally gluten and dairy free without the feeling of something being missing or substituted.
We have a big ethical beef with factory raised meats so you will not find CAFO (confined area feed lot) meat on our menu. You can be assured that all proteins are responsibly sourced. We serve grass-fed beef, pasture-raised and all-natural meats – no antibiotics or hormones – always humanely raised and sourced as regionally as possible.
